Our spotlight grantee, Daniel’s Table, recently faced a crisis – their freezer broke, losing 10,000 pounds of food. They're rallying to refill it and continue their vital mission. We're stepping up to help by providing a $ 2,500 emergency grant to support them in this effort.

In addition to aiding local families, Daniel’s Table now provides fully cooked meals every weekend to 270 Haitian refugees in Framingham. With no cooking facilities available, these refugees rely on the community while navigating the processing journey. 

Thanks to your continued support, we were able to make a material impact to help Daniel’s Table fill the freezer and help those in greatest need within our community.

Last year, with your generous support, we provided 24 local charitable organizations with grants totaling $172,000. These organizations provide economic assistance and youth development in the Metrowest community, including:

• A $10,000 grant to Children Across America - to provide literacy support and preventative healthcare to underserved children in and around the Milford area.

• A $7,500 grant to The Wandering Heart Project - to support the Birthday in a Box program for 50 homeless children.

• A $7,500 grant to Open Table - to purchase personal care products for their pantry and mobile care program covering 21 cities and towns and Middlesex County.

• A $5,000 grant to Daniel's Table - whose mission is to provide food security services to our neighbors-in-need with dignity and respect.
